ES Projects Maintenance Report
This form as a data capture mechanism of the SDID-ESs methodology allows us a real control directly from the field since the technician and/or engineer can describe what he did before leaving the place where the ES project required a maintenance.
This form allows us to register:
- The actual time of labor involved in the project.
- Manage internal statistics for continuous improvements.
