Electronic Design and Technological Development LLC - ED&TD® is a State of Florida, Limited Liability Company formed in March 08, 2019. The LLC election was recommendation by our accountant at the time. Sole stockholder, President, Chief Executive Officer and Design and Developer Engineer is David Lopez.
It is the result of the immigration process that David is going through, having to flee for his safety from Colombia, where he founded Electronic Design and Technological Development S.A. - ED&TD®, providing engineering and technology services to the government sector. In total, over 30 years of experience providing engineering solutions and technologies that are the core of what ED&TD® is today.
ED&TD® is a registered trademark in the United States, Colombia and around the world since 2008.

David is a military retiree from the Colombian Army, where he served for over 20 years as a staff officer in intelligence, communications, tactical and strategic operations, and as Chief Director of the Research and Technical Development Department of the Telecommunications Directorate of the General Command of the Colombian Armed Forces (DITEL). After his retirement, David founded Electronic Design and Technological Development S.A. - ED&TD® in Colombia, where he served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Head of the Engineering Division with various contracts with government sectors, and was a professor of microwaves, differential equations, microcontrollers and robotics in Colombia for several years. He moved to the United States in 2018 for security reasons (two attempts on his life). Within a year of his arrival, he founded ED&TD® to provide engineering services for small office and home office (SoHo) environments.
The Chief Commercial Division Officer of ED&TD® is Hadassah Lopez. Her primary responsibility is to close the deal with the client. Hadassah has extensive experience as a project manager in OSHA environments for the oil sector and has an MBA with a focus on customer service.
